Before You Submit

At PB Card Shack, we know your cards are more than cardboard—they're memories, investments and prized pieces of your collection.

Every submission is carefully organised, securely packaged and handled with the same level of care we'd expect for our own collections.

Grading Decisions

All cards are graded independently by ACE Grading.

Whilst we're here to help every step of the way, we cannot influence or guarantee grading results.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround estimates are supplied by ACE Grading and may occasionally vary depending on grading volumes, shipping or customs.

NOTE: All Ace labels are hand drawn by real artists- no AI slop! Therefore, if a card requires a new Ace Label then we can expect delays of up to an additional 10 business days!

Payment

Payment is required before your submission is sent to ACE Grading. We at PB understand that the hobby can be a bit hard on the wallet, that's why we can accept submissions and take payment at a later date! (Maybe next pay day?)
